HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Our minimum price is $400, and can go upwards of $1000+. The average residential price is around $600, which typically includes roof lights along the eaves and peaks, and lights around the landscaping.
WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
Our pricing is all-inclusive. It includes all of the materials, installation, seasonal maintenance and removal.
WHAT ABOUT NEXT YEAR?
Since you would already have the lights, we take 20% off the price for all following years. If anything needs replaced in the years to come, we will show you the non-working item and will simply charge you our cost to replace it. Usually this is very minimal for several years.
HOW DO I PAY?
We currently accept cash, check or Zelle. We typically receive payment once the lights are installed, except for any job over $1000 we require 50% to be paid upfront.
DO YOU PAY FOR REFERRALS?
Sometimes! We have seasonal deals and discounts, just ask!
CAN YOU USE THE LIGHTS I ALREADY HAVE?
Typically, no. We’ve done this in the past and have learned from experience it works best if we provide all new equipment for you when you first become a customer.
WHAT TYPES OF LIGHTS DO YOU INSTALL?
We usually use white C7 bulbs for the roof lines and around the sidewalk/landscape areas. We use white mini-lights in the bushes and up tree trunks. We can also install wreaths and garland.
WHAT DO YOU NOT DO?
Typically, we don’t carry icicle lights, rope lighting, colored lights, or L.E.D lights. We also don’t do inflatables, statues, and other types of decor. We try to just stick with the lights. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!
HOW WILL I KNOW YOU’LL COME BACK IN JANUARY?
When we come to take the lights down in January, we store the lights in a bin for YOU to keep and store throughout the year (once purchased, they’re your lights to keep!) So us coming back in January for removal is our way of preparing them to be reinstalled the next season. Without the removal, we wouldn’t be able to set them up for you again the next year… so coming back is our guarantee!

We’ll provide a obligation-free quote, which includes all of the materials, installation, any needed maintenance throughout the season, and removal in January (no hidden fees!).
From here we’ll choose an installation date and sign a contract which releases both you and us from any liability.
At this point you can relax knowing our team will handle everything for you, and most importantly…keep you off the roof and out of harm’s way!
